Shipping:
- We offer FREE delivery for all orders within Yellowknife.
- We offer FREE Economy Shipping on all online orders over $300 before taxes (note that some remote destinations and larger items such as float tubes or 2-piece rods will not qualify for free shipping and additional charges may apply).
- Orders under $300 are $20 flat rate.
- Envelops and smaller packages are $7 flat rate.
- For Faster shipping, you can drop us a message with your order, and we will do our best to respond with options within 24 hours.
- (Customers will be charged actual shipping costs for shipments less than the flat rates.)
Returns:
Casting North Fly Co. would like to make your shopping experience a pleasurable one. If there are errors or issues with your order, we will do our best to make it right!
- If you decide that your new or unused item is not going to work out, you have up to 30 days to return your purchase with all the original packaging and tags. All return shipping and insurance costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Please note that all clearance items are final sale and non-refundable.
Booking Cancellations:
- With the short northern summers, we have limited time to take customers on the water and last-minute cancelations do not allow us time to fill days that have been previously booked.
- Cancellations of guided excursions qualify for a full refund if done 14 days or more in advance.
- Customers will receive credit for cancellations between 14 and 7 days in advance.
- Any cancellations within 7 days will be non-refundable.
- Some exceptions may be made at the discretion of Casting North Fly Co. for uncontrollable circumstances such as extreme weather.
